Editorial improvements have been made across the v3 API specification, including clearer descriptions and updated examples to match the Functional Specification (https://www2.swift.com/knowledgecentre/publications/pay_pre_vld_func_spec_api_v3).
The following updates to the Data Provider v3 API have been made below to better reflect the nature of the data being returned and improve semantic accuracy.
The response field previously named `type` has been renamed to `data_provider_type`.
The response field previously named `account_type` has been renamed to `account_owner_type`.

This API checks if the given party agent (BIC or Clearing System Member ID) is a Data Provider or not for the Beneficiary Account Verification (BAV) Service and returns enhanced configuration data to advise what capabilities are supported by the Data Provider, support channel information and any other relevant information for consumer.
